1. All Sales Are Final
At Vitalory, our priority is the hygiene and safety of our customers. Because our products are personal wellness devices designed for direct contact with the skin and body, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our engineering. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or not working, we will provide a free replacement.
To claim a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your Order Number and a clear photo/video of the issue.
- Email us at: vitalory@proton.me
Note: We do not offer cash refunds for defective items; we will strictly provide a replacement unit of the same model.
3. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately (within 1 hour). Once an order has been processed by our warehouse or a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.
